Software that knows what a PHV badge is

Most booking software is a calendar with a customer list bolted on. A private-hire firm is not a calendar. It's several vehicle classes, a tariff for every kind of job, a driver whose insurance can't lapse, and a dispatch desk trying to hold it together.

  • For chauffeur & private hire

Why we built it

Ask a dispatch manager what their software gets wrong and you'll hear the same three answers. It doesn't understand that an airport transfer and a school run are not the same job. It treats account work as an afterthought, or cash jobs as one. And it makes customers ring during office hours to book — which is the one thing a customer with an early flight will not do.

RideAlign starts from the service, not the slot. A service has a vehicle class, a driver who's licensed and compliant to cover it, and a price that depends on how it's booked. Get that right and the board, the booking page and the till all fall into line behind it. Get it wrong and you spend your life correcting the software.

We build for the firm that has one car and the group that has thirty, because the first usually becomes the second, and re-platforming halfway is nobody's idea of a good year.
