The board is only as good as its worst assumption
Most software assumes a job is a job. Then a six-seat airport run gets sent a saloon and the whole morning apologises for it.
The day itself
The run sheet you actually work from
Pickups, running order, who's late, what's next. The run sheet is the screen the operation lives on, so it's built to be read across a room rather than squinted at.
- Colour-coded by service, so a heavy morning looks heavy
- Every driver's list side by side, or one at a time
- Reassign by dragging, with the same rules still enforced
- Two-way Google Calendar sync if a driver lives in theirs
Dispatch FAQs
Can different vehicle classes have their own lists?
Yes. Each service declares which vehicle class covers it, and slots are only offered on cars — and compliant drivers — that qualify.
Does it sync with Google Calendar?
Two-way, per driver. Assign in RideAlign and it appears in their calendar; block time in their calendar and RideAlign won't book over it.
Can I still override it?
Always. Dispatch can assign outside the rules when a customer is on the phone — the rules are there to stop mistakes, not to stop you working.
